Eligibility
The Partner Program is open to licensed customs professionals and in-house trade counsel. Enrollment is subject to verification of credentials.
- Licensed U.S. Customs Broker (CHB) in good standing with CBP
- Customs attorney admitted to practice before the Court of International Trade
- Trade compliance manager at a licensed customs brokerage
- In-house trade counsel at a company with significant import activity
How the Program Works
Complete the enrollment form with your credentials and practice information. We verify your license status with CBP within 2 business days.
Upon verification, you receive access to co-branded resources, the partner portal, and direct contact information for the CustomsRefund.com specialist team.
Refer clients who prefer managed filing to CustomsRefund.com under your partner arrangement, or engage co-filing support for complex cases.
Monitor referred client status through the partner portal. Revenue-sharing payments are processed monthly.
